Bully: Android 11 Fix

Hello ladies and gentlemen, boys and morons... I give you Comic Klepto. So basically bully hasnt been updated for Android since 27 November 2018. The last time it was updated, it was updated for Android 9.0. So for most people who run android 9, 10 or 11 they cannot play. 

So I have attached some files and links to make the game playable. The files need to downloaded to your mobile device. If you have NO experience with OBB I suggest you to see the video I made on YouTube. The link will be with the files.
